“Happiness Exercises” Workshop

The Happiness and Quality of Life team at the Electronic Government Authority concluded the “Happiness Exercises” workshop, which on its second day focused on several axes, namely the Happiness Quadrant for the Happy Work Team, Searching for Happiness in These Places and Happiness Exercises. Professor Yousef Al Nuaimi explained the importance of practicing mindfulness and meditation because of its moral impact on the individual, as getting used to practicing such exercises helps the individual get rid of stress, negative energy, and life pressures. Professor Yousef Al Nuaimi also stressed that achieving happiness is not difficult. Rather, it can be achieved through several steps, the first of which is for every person to know that he deserves to be happy and that organizing time is an essential factor in the individual’s success in achieving his goals, which in turn achieves personal happiness for him.
