Electronic Government Authority of Ras Al Khaimah (EGA) endeavors to achieve the excellence and become the leader in applying the e-government best practices within the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah through continual improvement of the management system in providing its services to all clients and stakeholders in order to fulfill their current, future needs and expectations.

• Provide and develop business applications, e-services, mobile services and IT infrastructure within the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
• Adopt regular review mechanism to evaluate the results and monitor the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute to strategic planning and management of human resources in order to increase their involvement in the development and continual improvement process.
