His Highness Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah,witnessed in his palace in Saqr bin Mohammed City, the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Central Bank and the courts and public prosecution Departmentt in the emirate. And he attended the signing of the memorandum of excellency Rashid Mubarak Al Mansouri, the central bank governor and a number of officials in the local departments in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The memorandum was signed by Mohammed Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi, Deputy Governor of the Central Bank on behalf of the Central Bank, and by the courts Department adviser Ahmed Mohammed Al Khatri Chairman of RAK Courts, and adviser Hassan Saeed Mhimd Attorney General of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah on behalf of the public prosecution department.
