Ras Al Khaimah Government and Identity authority signing a memorandum of strategic partnership

Ras Al Khaimah Government and Emirates Identity Authority signed a memorandum of a strategic partnership on e-link between the local departments of the Government of Ras Al Khaimah and Authority. The memorandum was signed for the Ras Al Khaimah Government, by Sheikh Abdullah bin Humaid Al Qasimi, Director of the Office of His Highness the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah and the Authority by Dr. Said bin Abdullah Al Ghafli, Director General of the Emirates Identity Authority. Sheikh Abdullah bin Humaid Al Qasimi stressed that the memorandum comes at the directives of His Highness Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah and the follow up of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah, Supreme Council Member to transfer the government transactions in the emirate to a paperless work environment and based on the recommendations of the government retreat to accelerate electronic link between government agencies process and what the Emirates Identity Authority of the high potential to ensure the accuracy and the integrity and credibility of the procedures and documentation and data services provided to customers in the local departments of the Emirate. He added that the memo memorandum reflects the desire of both parties to reach a high quality and efficient service in order to achieve Happier customers and empties into the strategic objective of the UAE in terms of smart government. From his part, His Excellency Dr. Saeed Al Ghafli pointed out that the signing of this memorandum comes within the framework of the authority quest to promote cooperation and integration between federal and local state institutions. He explained that the main objective of the Authority of the signing of the strategic partnership agreements with various government institutions is to support its efforts to develop its services and to cooperate with them to devise new ways to serve the residents check their satisfaction and consistent with the country's leadership approach, which focuses on the happiness of the people by providing the necessary information to support decision-making and planning strategic and vital in different sectors and provide accurate demographic data contribute to the development of society and serve the higher interests of the state. He looked forward to the signing of the memorandum the basic building of a large cooperation between the Authority and the Government of Ras Al Khaimah and institutions that operate under its umbrella contributes effectively to support the efforts of both parties to achieve its strategic objectives and is in the crucible of the government's efforts to put UAE on a par with the best countries in the world in the field of service quality and its evolution down to achieve vision 2021. Dr. Ghafli explained that the activation of the use of the ID card and adopted as the main source of data beneficiaries of Ras Al Khaimah Government Services departments contributes to enhance the satisfaction's customers those departments and facilitates the transition of these services to the electronic and intelligent as they provided the card features make it easier to prove the identity of its owner through electronic networks and the Internet means shortcut to a lot of documents and the steps that need treatment and service delivery accomplished by relying on the digital gateway ratification, which allows the authority through which a spectrum of services to ensure the accuracy and reliability and safety procedures, documentation and data. He pointed to the importance of the electronic link between the Authority and the local and federal and state institutions, the project is to enable all of these entities to obtain and share data securely, enabling them to update data of customers simultaneously in order to preserve the privacy of their records and help to guide their plans and resources as they achieve their objectives according to the best standards quality and efficiency. Dr.Ghafli called all sides in the country to take advantage of the service and technical potential of the ID card for the development of services offered to its customers and reduce the time and effort required to get them started .. stressing the readiness of the Authority to give them full support in this field.
