E-Government Authority in Ras Al Khaimah got the "SAP" award from among 300 entries from North Africa and the Middle East in the e-transformation for the implementation of common electronic platform that allows customers to complete financial transactions for 18 government department at any time and at all hours. It is worth mentioning that SAB common platform implemented by the e-Government Authority bilingual; it fully support Arabic and English, which contributes to the financial statements effective management between the various government departments in Ras Al Khaimah. Also the government agencies can manage different business sectors ( Finance Department, courts Department, prosecutors Department and Municipal Department) Through a single integrated platform, including real estate and facilities management through default management system, fully automated solutions to provide a review of project plans, which are designed on computers. His Excellency Eng. Ahmed bin Saeed Al Sayyah, e-Government Authority General Manager, expressed his pleasure about the winning of the authority said :” Based on our quest to achieve the vision of His Highness Sheikh Saud Bin Saqr Al Qassimi, Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah and based on the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammad Bin Saud Crown Prince and Head of Executive Committee of Ras Al Khaimah, We are working in the authority to enhance the excellence and competitiveness in the emirate by providing the finest excellent government services and the adoption of international best practices, in order to achieve higher rates of satisfaction and happiness, to exploit excellence and creativity in our daily work and to improve the performance and efficiency. The day we won this award is a culmination to the achievements and efforts of various government departments and cooperation in the field of technical excellence that has become today's lifestyle.
