Ras Al Khaimah, 27th July – WAM, In line with the directives of H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, and under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah, Sheikh Abdullah bin Humaid bin Abdullah Al Qasimi, Director of the Office of H.H. the Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, has officially opened today “RAK eServices & mServices Platform” in Manar Mall, launched by Electronic Government Authority. HE Eng. Ahmed bin Saeed Al Sayyah, e Government Authority General Manager praised the efforts being made to provide e services and m services which constitute an integral part of the IT strategy to keep abreast of technology developments. “Under our wise leadership, we practically transformed the initiatives adopted by RAK Government into a tangible reality for the sake of satisfying people in Ras Al Khaimah”. He stated. Not to mention that the platform, which remains for seven consecutive days, is aiming at transforming Ras Al Khaimah society into a smart society in all aspects of life. To that end, the platform provides bunch of a hundred services available via portal and mobile applications for all RAK Government entities, including Municipality Department, Department of Economic Development, Environmental Protection and Development Authority, Customs Department, Courts Department, Public Prosecution Department, and Public Works & Services Department. The event was attended by a group of directors and heads of local departments and federal entities.
